IPA, amarga i amb caràcter, aroma herbal intens. Color àmbar-coure, escuma blanca i abundant. Competeixen la dulçor de la malta i l’amargor del llúpol, guanyant al final el llúpol amb l’ajuda de l’oliva de Sóller.

Té 80 IBU’s d’amargor i una graduació alcohòlica del 7%vol.

Sullerica “1561” està elaborada amb maltes maris otter, melanoidin i crystal. llúpols pilgrim, EK golding i cascade, amb un triple “dry hoppying” d’aquest. Sullerica 1561 duu, a més, oliva de Sóller que li aporta un amargor extra i molt característic.


IPA, amarga y con carácter, aroma herbal intenso. Color ámbar-cobre, espuma blanca y abundante. En el trago, compiten la dulzura de la malta con el amargo del lúpulo, ganando al final el lúpulo, con la ayuda de la aceituna de Sóller.

Tiene 80 IBU’s de amargor y una graduación alcohólica del 7% VOL.

Sullerica “1561” está elaborada con maltas Maris otter, Melanoidin y Cristal. Lúpulos Pilgrim, EK goldings, y cascade, con un triple “dry hopping” de este. 1561, lleva además, aceituna verde de Sóller, que le aporta un amargor extra y muy característico.


IPA, bitter and with a strong character, intense herbal flavour. Colour copper-amber, very high head. In mouth the full-bodied sweetness of the malts rivals with the bitterness of the hops, prevailing in the end the latter, with the help of the green olives of Sóller which are contributing also bitterness.

It has a bitterness of 80 IBU and an alcohol content of 7 % vol.

Sullerica “1561” is elaborated with a blend of Maris Otter, Melanoidin and Crystal malt, flavoured with the Pilgrim, E.K. Goldings and Cascade hops (the latter are added in a triple dry-hopping process). Sullerica 1561 also contains green olives of Sóller which contribute an additional and very characteristic bitterness.


Ein IPA (Indian Pale Ale), bitter und mit ausgeprägtem Charakter, intensives Kräuteraroma. Farbe kupfer- bis bernsteinfarben, sehr hohe Schaumkrone. Im Mund treten die Vollmundigkeit des Malzes und die Bitterkeit des Hopfens in Konkurrenz, wobei am Ende der Hopfen, mithilfe der ebenfalls Bitterkeit beisteuernden Oliven aus Sóller, die Oberhand behält.

Es hat eine Bitterkeit von 80 IBU und einen Alkoholgehalt von 7 % Vol.

Sullerica “1561” wird aus einer Mischung der Malze Maris Otter, Melanoidin und Crystal und den drei Hopfensorten Pilgrim, East Kent Goldings und Cascade (wobei mit der letzteren Sorte eine dreifache Trockenhopfung erfolgt) hergestellt. Außerdem enthält unser “1561” grüne Oliven aus Sóller , die für eine zusätzliche und besonders charakteristische Bitterkeit sorgen.
