Dark-brown ale; with cocoa-aroma and toasted flavour. Dense and high head. With a robuster taste, but not excessive. It has a bitterness of 25 IBU and an alcohol content of 6% vol. “Sullerica Fosca” is elaborated with four different types of barley malt and wheat malt, three types of hops, yeast, Sóller spring water, pure cocoa powder and orange blossom.
